- 11Yes. According to CH Travel’s Terms & Conditions, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure a reservation. Final payment is due no later than 60 days before departure unless a supplier specifies otherwise.
- 12Payment can be made by bank transfer, Paypal and major credit cards. Credit card payments may incur a 2.5% merchant surcharge.
- 13Changes or cancellations to a confirmed booking may incur a CH Travel administrative fee of NZD $150 per person, plus any cancellation fees or penalties charged by third-party suppliers. Supplier cancellation rules may be strict, so travellers should review the relevant terms before booking.
- 14CH Travel strongly recommends comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and baggage loss. Travel insurance is especially important for multi-day tours, adventure activities, and bookings involving third-party suppliers.
- 15Travellers are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, transit permits, and any required health documentation. Passports often need at least six months’ validity beyond the return date.
