Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Refunds Customer-Initiated: If you cancel your booking, the deposit is forfeited. Further cancellation fees apply based on how close the cancellation is to the travel date: 60+ days: Deposit only. 30–59 days: 50% of total package cost. Within 30 days: 100% of total package cost. Third-Party Supplier Policies: Cancellation fees from airlines, hotels, or other operators may exceed our agency policy. You will be liable for these higher fees where applicable. Force Majeure: Chasing Horizons Travel Ltd is not liable for disruptions beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions). In these events, refunds are subject to the policies of our third-party suppliers.
