Our contract is to provide booking and advisory services; your contract for the actual travel product is directly with the respective third-party provider.

We do not warrant that all information (including descriptions, images, and pricing) is free from error. We accept no liability for discrepancies between the information provided to us and the actual service delivered by the supplier, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or failure to exercise due care and skill.

All quotes are subject to availability and may change without notice until the booking is confirmed and paid in full. Price variations may occur due to factors outside our control, such as currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or supplier price hikes.

• Force Majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions).

• Changes to itineraries made by suppliers.

• Your failure to obtain necessary travel insurance, visas, or health documentation.
